We are a Czech company established in the Czech and global markets. Since 2024, Vladan has been leading LinkSoft entirely, where he had served for more than 5 years as a delivery director overseeing project deliveries. He has experience managing both line teams and hundreds of projects, starting from a developer position to a manager – from establishing a data warehouse for a major bank, developing critical software for cardiac stimulators, to launching the digitalization of the Czech state. In addition, he volunteers with children – coaching youth floorball. As he himself says, floorball is a sport that has a spark and still retains the spirit of sportsmanship.

At LinkSoft, we love technology, but people come first for us. Tereza loves LinkSoft and, as CPO, oversees everything related to people. With many years of experience in headhunting and consulting for demanding clients, working with exceptional candidates, and building her own company, she has become a top expert in recruiting and people management. She can recognize, develop, and motivate talented individuals. She knows everyone at LinkSoft personally and cares for each person individually, not only pampering colleagues but also several key clients. Surrounded by people all day, it's no wonder that in her free time, she enjoys reading. Lately, Terry Pratchett (and his witches!) has been her favorite.

Karel oversees the Delivery area at LinkSoft. As an ICT manager, he has extensive experience in managing and delivering projects in diverse environments, both in terms of focus and technologies. His knack for communication and selecting tailored solutions for customers, always wrapped in a hint of humor, is a great asset for successful project delivery! His passions lie in technology and cybersecurity, and he is equally enthusiastic about badminton and climbing, but above all, he values time with his family.
His dream is to retire as a ski instructor in Wyoming, and knowing him, it's entirely possible!

The original idea of LinkSoft: "to do one's craft properly and prioritize building relationships with clients over quick profit" still lives on!
For many years, Mirka was on the client side as the business owner of a new information system, and with LinkSoft, she experienced everything from analysis, through development and live operation, to further system development.

Mirka leads the business part of LinkSoft, and her rich business experience, energy, and enthusiasm fit perfectly with our setup!
For almost half of her life, floorball has been her partner. As a proper forward, she has a natural instinct for scoring :-), she can evaluate and work with risk, and she can also take on a leadership role.
She loves the world of Harry Potter, and she's looking forward to introducing it to her little daughter.

With grinding teeth we are following the tragedy going on in Ukraine and try to support brave Ukrainians.
This May has been an imporant milestone for LinkSoft, as we got capital connected with a new little brother - software company profiq, with whom we can work on new inventions from Silicon Valley.
In November, we took another step towards building a developer supergroup – we welcomed a new member to the LinkSoft Group, the Czech consulting and technology company BizzTreat dedicated to data analysis.
And after 12 years, we redesigned our brand.
We are returning to the Czech Republic, settling in at Anděl Park in Prague, getting a big brother in the form of Sudop Group a.s., becoming LinkSoft Technologies a.s., and growing a bit more again. A year full of changes. But we haven't changed. We still love technology and create information systems that work.
The information systems in our company are popping up like mushrooms after rain, we have a great team and the constant clattering of jackhammers outside our windows reminds us that the economy is booming all around us. Oh, and we love javascript.
We are working on projects in Europe, Australia and America. We are working for other major customers from the area of financing and we are a partner of Konica Minolta, which sells our PLDA worldwide.
And we keep getting bigger and bigger.
We have maintained our growth rate from 2010; LinkSoft is suddenly three bigger compared to 2010. In the Czech Republic, we are working for ČSOB, for example, and we are also strengthening our customer portfolio abroad. The LinkSoft headquarters are moving to London and now does business in the Czech Republic through a branch office.
In Prague, we are moving to the city’s Silicon Valley... Smíchov. All of a sudden, we have 2 whole floors, lots of windows and a grill on the terrace.
Suddenly we are growing in leaps and bounds. We’re getting big orders and moving into an office with windows.
There are three of us and we are sitting in a basement in Business Centrum Klamovka in Prague.
